If you need help finding the “On Demand” feature, follow the steps below on your console:

  1. Choose from the following options to start your workout:
    1. GO
    2. Quick Start
    3. Workouts
  2. Once your work is in progress choose the third icon across the bottom of your console screen.
  3. Choose “On Demand” from the icon menu.
  4. Choose the playlist you want to watch.
  5. Enjoy!
