The Leonard J. Kaplan Center for Wellness on the UNCG campus opened their facility before the start of the 2016-2017 school year. Striving to create one of the top attractions on campus, the Recreation and Wellness team had the vision for the new facility to “evolve into a place where you can reflect deeper, play harder, grow stronger, explore further, accomplish more, and enjoy life.”¹

Since opening, the UNCG Kaplan Center has seen a significant 25% increase in usage over their previous sports center. The partnership between Precor and UNCG has helped make the Kaplan Center an anchor within the campus for fitness, recreational activities, and social gatherings.
