by Hayley Hollander, Precor Master Coach

From the second you wake up, to the second you go to bed each day, the world supplies us with endless stimuli. Stimuli can come from people, technology, work, school, kids, family, friends, deadlines, bills- it’s endless.  Sometimes we just need a chance to get away from it all, find some stress relief and reset our system.

Whether it’s at the gym, the office, or at home, here are some quick ways you can build in a Precor Mindful Minute and reduce stress. Benefits of these movements help to improve circulation from seated or standing positions, enhance flexibility of the hips, low back and thoracic spine, and most importantly give you a chance to switch off everything else and focus just on yourself and your breathing for a few minutes.
