Newly-retired President Paul Byrne has taken Precor from a $20 million to a $400 million fitness equipment maker. As Byrne steps down and Rob Barker takes over as president, both discussed the growth of the company and the future of the fitness industry with a local Seattle television station. "Stepping away will be difficult, but I'm very proud of what we've been able to accomplish here," Byrne said.

Looking to strengthen and tone your lower body? Then our very first Workout Wednesday post is right up your alley. Each of these four workouts – the leg extension, leg press, dumbbell front squat, and dumbbell step-up – should consist of at least two sets and, altogether, take you somewhere around 20 minutes to complete.
