Pumped Up Functional Cardio Workouts

This 4-week workout incorporates progressive timed intervals to improve cardiovascular conditioning and movement skill. Each week amplifies workouts with training volume increases and exercise selection! While a few of these movements are unique to Superfunctional™, many can be performed with other suspension fitness products such as TRX® or CrossCore®.

Workout Recommendations

  • Perform each workout 2 times/week, completing 4 rounds of each prescribed work-recovery ratio.
  • Allow at least one day of recovery between workouts.
  • Listen to your body; take extra rest days if you feel fatigued after only one recovery day.
