Precor Introduces the New Discovery Line Plate Loaded Strength Equipment
Exceptional user experience for the first-time user and the seasoned athlete
Woodinville, Wash. – Precor announces the launch of its newest line of plate loaded equipment, the Discovery Line. Comprised of seven pieces, the Discovery Line Plate Loaded combines all of the functional performance elements demanded from a strength line, with the attention to detail and design that is the hallmark of Precor. Designed for the first-time user and the seasoned athlete alike, it will be another highlight in fitness facilities.
Adam Hubbard, Director of Product Management for Precor, comments, “The contemporary design of our new plated-loaded machines complements our current Precor cardio offering and responds to our customers’ needs. The whole line is designed to be more inviting and user-friendly.”
The full line is designed with independent arm resistance and converging and diverging movement paths that provide a greater range of motion and muscle recruitment. Additionally, each piece incorporates a large, easy-to-see text-free illustrational placard that demonstrates correct form and muscle usage at a glance. A QR code and URL on the placard allows smart phone users to easily view a 30-second instructional video.

The Discovery Line includes a Chest Press, Incline Press, Shoulder Press, Pull Down, Seated Row, Low Row, and Calf Raise.
