Total Body Superfunctional Workout

Full Body Toning with Superfunctional is a circuit training program utilizing the app, Superfunctional. This four-week program emphasizes progression through different movement types. Each week targets a mix of pushing, pulling, squatting, lunging, core and hips, and play based movements to challenge and. (Note: Exercise amplification is highlighted most during weeks 2 and 4.) While a few of these movements are unique to Superfunctional, many can be performed with other suspension fitness products such as TRX® or CrossCore®.

Workout Recommendations

  • Perform each workout 2 times per week; follow the prescribed work and recovery intervals.
  • Allow at least one day of recovery between workouts.
  • Listen to your body; take extra rest days if you feel fatigued after only one recovery day.

Angela has more than 15 years of experience in personal training, teaching group exercise classes and working with small groups. Her areas of expertise include strength, HIIT and circuit training, Pilates and functional training. She is certified as a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Special Populations Specialist. Angela has a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Wellness from Missouri Southern State University.
