The unique motion path of the Discovery Series Plate Loaded Seated Dip is achieved through narrow and wide handle positions, that ensures a targeted workout and correct exercise movement. The oversized push-down handles provide a large surface area to reduce pressure. The Seated Dip can be configures as independent or dependent based on customers preference at the time of install.
This unit can be set up to allow for either dependent or independent movement, giving you the ability to provide exercisers with multiple options in one machine.
