Open Stride creates a whole new feeling for an AMT workout by allowing exercisers to change both the length and height of their stride. Combine their stride with body position changes — standing tall, squatting down, hinging at the hip — and exercisers can open up an infinite number of workout options. With a step range of 6.8" to 10", and stride length up to 36 inches (91 cm), the AMT will be popular with all your exercisers, no matter their size.
