Queenax™ Foundations Continuing Education Course

 

Queenax Foundations is a seven-hour full day training curriculum delivered by a qualified Precor Master Coach. It is comprised of two parts: 

1. Queenax Functional Training Movement Design (4 Hours) 

This four-hour practical workshop teaches participants a system for building movements and workouts with an array of functional training tools. Attendees will learn how to create logical, engageing and safe movement progression by integrating suspended bodyweight training tools, bodyweight exercises, tubing, agility and other resistance modalitites. Participants will also develop targeted programmes for different populations. 

2. Queenax Small Group Programme Design (3 Hours) 

This three hour course provides a pathway for developing small group coaches and leadership skills by leverageing the open architecture of Queenax. This workshop teaches group coaching dynamics and small group fundamentals to help new and experienced small group coaches hone their confidence and familiarity with delivering high value coaching to multiple clients in a single session. Participants will practise three small group coaching formats and programmes, and takeaway five pre-built four-week training packages to help kick start programming in their facility. Open workout design templates are also provided for ongoing innovation. 

Course Objectives: 

1. A solid orientation on the usage and safety recommendations on the product. 

2. Understand how to leverage different training tools for different types of results. 

3. Understand the system and resources available for building small group programming and receive training on three of the five Queenax Kick-Starter Programmes that you can implement the day after your onsite training:

  • Queenax Team: Research shows that working with a partner can increase workout intensity by 200 percent! Excite and energise your workout with play-based movements and challenges that build motivation and camaraderie among your teammates.
  • Queenax Core: Target your core muscles to improve stability and strength with this high energy programme that incorporates coordination, strength, and stamina.
  • Queenax Metabolic Fit: Get lean and strong with high intensity interval training that will enhance metabolism while improving your overall fitness level.
  • Queenax Monkey Bar Masters: Join the Queenax Elite and learn techniques to cross the monkey bars with ease and grace with this skill-based circuit programme that focuses on the components of monkey bar fitness.

All participants will receive training manuals, and access to the Queenax Movement Library of more than 220 exercises and experienced small group coaches hone their confidence and familiarity with delivering high value coaching to multiple clients in a single session. Participants will practise three small group coaching formats and programmes, and takeaway five pre-built four-week training packages to help kick start programming in thier facility. Open workout design templates are also provided for ongoing innovation. Queenax Functional Training Movement Design and Queenax Small Group Programme Design courses are continuing education approved by ACE and NASM. Training is included with most Queenax configurations, and is also available for purchase.
