Precor supports a network of over 50 Master Coaches in more than 15 countries around the globe. We select coaches with diverse backgrounds and training approaches, believing that diversity of thought and leadership help strengthen our services and personalization. Precor Master Coaches lead CEC-approved customer workshops, support customer events and tradeshows, author continuing education courses, and contribute to our online Precor Coaching Centre content.

We maintain small networks in each of the core Precor business regions. We expand our Master Coach team as training demand requires, and we welcome your resume. If you’d like to join our network, send your resume to Precor Education.

Master Coach Qualifications

• Experience educating and leading other personal trainers
• Team player who thrives in a collabourative setting
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for fitness equipment and the business of fitness
• Customer-focused drive for excellence
• A degree in exercise science or health and science field preferred
• Current NCCA-approved training certification(s) required
• A track record for longevity within an organisation
• Lead or inspire an engaged trainer network on social media
• Fluent in written and spoken English
