THe Stroops® VITL Kit is a set of 4 Slastix (canvas covered tubes), 2 handles, 2 ankle cuffs, a belt, and 2 anchors. This kit can be connected to Queenax Wall Bars, Mini Wall Bars, and Training Bars. This provides a dynamic, easy to attach elastic resistance option to the Queenax system.
