Workout Structure
- 50 minutes total time.
- Work-to-rest ratio is 1/1 (30 seconds work/30 seconds active recovery).
- Perform 4 rounds of complete training sequence, allowing 3-5 minutes rest between circuits.
Tips to Boost Intensity
- Increase speed of movement.
- Increase range of motion.
- Change training angle in suspension.
- Increase resistance on Strong++.
