Queenax™ of the Week: CrossCore® 101

Crosscore®  is a suspension fitness training tool that is easily integrated into Queenax™ functional training. This unique app is a one-of-a-kind pulley system that adds rotational movements to suspension fitness movements that engage the core and full-body. Use this workout to provide a basic full-body circuit that creates highly effective training techniques using CrossCore.

Workout Guidelines

Complete 2-3 rounds of the circuit shown below and modify each movement to suit the needs of your current fitness level. Movement amplifications have been provided for each of the exercises in this circuit to increase intensity if preferred. Note that when the pin is released and in open position, Rotational Bodyweight Training™ is introduced allowing the core to fully engage through your movement. 

Chest Press  Pin-In 

     

optional movement amplification: Release the pin, providing more instability and increased difficulty or increase your training angle. 

Single Arm Row w/Semi Rotation Pin-Out

     

optional movement amplification: Increase your training angle or perform this movement with alternating pattern rather than single sided.

Reverse Lunge with Single Side Row Pin-Out

     

optional movement amplification: On the knee drive, add a jump while bounding upward.

Prone Flutter Kick with Narrow Stance ​ Pin-Out

     

optional movement amplification: Increase flutter kick speed.
