The Assault AirRower Elite takes rowing to the next level. The AirRower Elite targets the upper and lower back, the upper and lower legs, triceps, pecs, deltoids, obliques, glutes and abs with a workout that is great for High Intensity Interval Training, cardio or endurance training. Plus, its compact footprint fits easily with your existing cardio equipment or in your functional training space.
The dual-stage chain and belt drive provides exercisers with the smooth, familiar feeling of a traditional indoor rower. Plus, its fan-based resistance is more powerful than alternative systems on the market, so your exercisers won't be able to overpower the AirRower.
AirRower Elite Console
The AirRower Elite features an intuitive console with a large, easy-to-read font and is packed with features, including Bluetooth® connectivity. On-board programming allows exercisers to select one of eight pre-programmed workouts with minimal fuss, or they can fully customise their session on the AirRower.
