24/7 Health and Fitness has two locations, with virtually no competition. They were in a great position to be the best health club in the area. They were moving to a new facility that would double their current space, but their budget was limited for upgrading their equipment. 24/7 Health and Fitness was looking for a cost effective option to help them achieve their operational and marketing goals.

They also opted to install the Personal Viewing Systems (PVS) on the units, allowing members to choose their own entertainment
